Welcome to nadineflundra.com, the website of Nadine Flundra Massage and Osteopathy. By accessing this website, booking an appointment, or subscribing to a Wellness Membership plan, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Services provided

Nadine Flundra Massage and Osteopathy offers registered massage therapy, manual osteopathic treatment, and integrated therapeutic services at our clinic located inside YYC Village, 6031 4 St SE, Calgary, Alberta T2H 2A5.

All treatments are provided by Nadine Flundra, a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and Manual Osteopathic Practitioner. Services are available by appointment only through our online booking system at nadineflundramassageosteopathy.clinicsense.com/book.

Health disclaimer

Massage therapy and manual osteopathy are complementary health services. They do not replace medical care, diagnosis, prescription, or treatment provided by a physician or other licensed medical professional.

You should consult your physician or primary health care provider before beginning any new therapeutic treatment, particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition, are pregnant, or have recently undergone surgery.

Nadine Flundra Massage and Osteopathy does not diagnose, prescribe, or treat medical conditions. Treatment plans are designed to support your body's natural healing processes and are based on your health history, assessment findings, and treatment goals as discussed during your session.

By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have disclosed all relevant health information and that you understand the nature of the services being provided.

Appointment cancellation policy

We understand that schedules change. To ensure availability for all clients, we require the following:

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment.

Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a charge equal to the full session fee.

Missed appointments (no-shows) without prior notice will be charged the full session fee.

To cancel or reschedule, please use your ClinicSense booking confirmation email or contact us directly at info@nadineflundra.com or (825) 994-8389.

Wellness membership terms

Nadine Flundra Massage and Osteopathy offers two Wellness Membership plans:

Massage Wellness Membership — $92 per month (12-month commitment)

Osteopathy Wellness Membership — $112 per month (12-month commitment)

Each membership includes one treatment session per month, priority booking, an optional 30-minute add-on session for $40, and one gift session per year.

Up to two unused sessions may roll over during the 12-month term. Sessions missed without 24-hour notice are forfeited.

Full membership terms, including rollover rules, billing details, and early termination conditions, are provided in the Wellness Membership Agreement, which is signed separately at the time of enrollment.

Billing

Membership fees are charged automatically each month through Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. You can manage your subscription, update your payment method, or view your billing history through the Stripe Customer Portal:

Renewal

At the end of the initial 12-month term, your membership automatically converts to a month-to-month plan at the same rate unless you cancel. During the month-to-month period, either party may cancel with 14 days' written notice before the next billing date.

Cancellation of membership

During the initial 12-month term, early termination may be requested under qualifying circumstances (medical reasons or relocation) by contacting info@nadineflundra.com

with at least 30 days' notice. Approved terminations take effect at the end of the next billing cycle.

After the initial term, you may cancel at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal or by providing 14 days' written notice before your next billing date.

Refund policy

Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.

If a scheduled payment fails, Stripe will attempt to retry the charge. If payment is not resolved within 7 days, the monthly session will be forfeited until the balance is cleared.

For individual (non-membership) appointments, payments are due at the time of service. Refunds for individual sessions are not issued after the session has been provided. If you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice, no charge will apply.

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at info@nadineflundra.com and we will review it promptly.

Payment methods

Payment for individual sessions is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept major credit and debit cards.

Membership payments are processed automatically through Stripe. Your credit card details are handled securely by Stripe and are never stored on our systems.

Direct billing to insurance providers is not available. A detailed receipt will be provided after each session for submission to your extended health insurance plan. It is the client's responsibility to verify coverage, obtain any required physician referral, and submit claims to their insurer.

Price changes

Service pricing and membership rates are subject to change. Current pricing is listed on our Services page at nadineflundra.com/services.

For membership subscribers, pricing is locked for the duration of the initial 12-month term. If pricing changes after your initial term, you will receive at least 30 days' written notice before any new rate takes effect. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your membership before the new rate applies.

Gift certificates

Gift certificates are available for purchase and are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase. Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Lost or stolen gift certificates cannot be replaced unless proof of purchase is provided. Gift certificates may be applied toward any service offered by Nadine Flundra Massage and Osteopathy.

Insurance receipts

Massage therapy sessions are covered by most extended health benefit plans in Alberta. Manual osteopathy may be covered under "Manual Osteopath" or a similar category — please verify with your insurer before booking.

A detailed receipt including practitioner credentials, registration number, and treatment details will be provided after each session. No referral is required to book.

Nadine Flundra Massage and Osteopathy is not responsible for claim denials or coverage limitations imposed by your insurance provider.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and page design — is the property of Nadine Flundra Massage and Osteopathy and is protected under Canadian copyright law.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this website or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made. Continued use of this website or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
